This delicious herbed farmstead cheese is made from raw cow’s milk. Matured in our warehouse on wooden shelves for at least 8 weeks. This creates a creamy structure and soft dairy. The addition of paprika, pepper, garlic, onion and ginger gives this farmstead cheese a delicious spicy character!
